Utthunga is looking for an experienced Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC Programmer to join our team, focusing on advanced automation and control systems for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment . This role involves the full lifecycle of software solutions on Rockwell Automation platforms, from development and testing to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and debug PLC programs using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand control system requirements.
Implement PLC logic and control sequences specifically for semiconductor equipment.
Integrate PLCs with HMI / SCADA systems such such as FactoryTalk View ME / SE and PanelView Plus.
Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Maintain code documentation , ensure version control, and perform test validation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation projects.

Key Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with AB PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).

Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and IEC 61131 standards .

Expertise in Rockwell tools , including FactoryTalk View and PanelView.

Experience with semiconductor equipment or cleanroom automation .

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and instrumentation drawings .

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills .

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of SECS / GEM protocols .

Experience with motion control, servo systems, and robotics .

Familiarity with EtherNet / IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet or other industrial networks.
