Role Overview :
Bewakoof is seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager – LFR to lead and scale our business through large format retail (LFR) channels across India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing national accounts in modern trade, establishing strong partner relationships, driving sell-through, and ensuring brand visibility and compliance at scale. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, team collaboration, and operational execution across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales at a store level by identifying initiatives assess competition within the stores, focus SSPD at
store level
Own the P&L for LFR business nationally – drive revenue, profitability, and market share.Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to grow Bewakoof’s presence across key LFR partnersLead the end-to-end onboarding and relationship management of all LFR partners.Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams for inventory planning, allocation, andreplenishment.
Ensure brand visibility and adherence to VM guidelines across all LFR counters.Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal activations in alignment with marketing teams.Regularly track and analyze sell-through, stock ageing, and category performance to drive decisions.Recruit, train, and manage field sales to ensure smooth on-ground operations.Work closely with finance to ensure timely reconciliations, payment collections, etc.Build reporting dashboards and share weekly / monthly MIS with leadership.Travel extensively to visit partner stores and ensure operational excellence across touchpoints.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management7+ years of experience in retail sales with a strong focus on modern trade / LFR formatsProven track record in managing national LFR accounts and driving revenue growthExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of the fashion / lifestyle retail landscape and customer behaviorStrong analytical and planning skills with attention to detailWillingness to travel extensively across regionsPrior experience in working with digital-first or youth-focused brands is a plusAbility to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and work in a fast-paced environment
