We are seeking experienced Chartered Accountant to work in Accounts and Finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and business partnering, with demonstrated expertise in financial control and budgets / MIS.

Key Responsibilities

Controllership

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts in line with Ind AS.
• Lead month-end / year-end Close, balance sheet review, and internal audits.
• Maintain internal controls, drive compliances, and manage statutory audits.

Compliance & Tax

Automation & Tools

FP&A

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS)

Advanced Excel, MIS, and financial modeling skills

Experience in handling audits, internal controls, and FP&A cycles

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Flexibility on moderate level of travel within India.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – First attempt preferred.

8+ years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization

Experience in controllership and FP&A domain.
