About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing accurate information about our international programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Counsel students on international program offerings, eligibility, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes.
Understand students' academic interests and recommend the right program.
Maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry → counselling → enrollment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Participate in webinars, counselling sessions, and outreach activities as required.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education / Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or education sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work with monthly sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
