Outreach and Engagement Manager

NIMS University is looking for a creative and data-driven Communications Manager to lead and optimize our outreach across Email, SMS, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) channels. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and manage Email, SMS, and Meta communication campaigns for student engagement, admissions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content for higher open and conversion rates.
• Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all digital communication platforms.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and admissions teams to create impactful messaging and targeted communication journeys.
• Manage communication databases and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on trends in digital communication and automation tools to enhance outreach effectiveness.
