Experience : Minimum 1 year in IT Sales

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure — and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly
  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
  • Track key metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Sales
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
