We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager / Senior BDM (Commercial Interiors)

What you will own

Build and manage a high-quality  enterprise pipeline  across target accounts

Lead  C-level and CRE / FM stakeholder  conversations from discovery to close

Sell  end-to-end solutions  (design, fit-out, design–build) with clear value / ROI

Orchestrate  pursuits and pitches  with our strategy & design teams

Negotiate commercials, navigate procurement, and  close multi-stakeholder deals

Forecast with precision, maintain data accuracy, and hit / exceed quarterly targets

You'll standout if you have

5–7 + years  of B2B sales experience (design / build, interiors, real estate, workplace tech, or allied industries preferred)

A  proven track record  of meeting or beating revenue targets and shortening sales cycles

A strong network with  facility managers, CRE leaders PMCs and real estate brokers.

Executive-level communication & presentation  skills; calm under pressure, strategic, and hands-on

Bonus : experience in  account-based selling , key account growth.
