Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and maintaining employee relations. Additionally, the manager will handle HR management tasks, including performance appraisals, personnel records maintenance, and resolution of any payroll discrepancies. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Advance Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in payroll management and related software is beneficial
