SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR / Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Configure and customize SAP HR modules including :
• Personnel Administration
• Organizational Management
• Time Management
• Payroll
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory, including tax calculations, postings, and reporting.
• Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules :
• Employee Central Payroll
• Compensation
• Other relevant SF modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.
