Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead to guide our talented development team. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for architecting and building robust web applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

You will oversee the development of both frontend and backend systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, a master of modern design principles, and eager to leverage Generative AI to innovate and accelerate our development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Architectural Design : Design and architect scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions. Champion strong software design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) and patterns across all projects.
• Full-Stack Development : Actively participate in the development of backend APIs using Python with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Database Management : Design, implement, and optimize database schemas based on strong RDBMS concepts. Write efficient and complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity.
• GenAI Integration : Explore and implement Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and innovate product features. Guide the team on the practical application of AI in the development workflow.
• Project Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.
