Requirements

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead a team of 10 developers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and daily standups to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainable, scalable, and high-quality code.

Technical Expertise

  • Design and develop CRM applications using MongoDB, Node.js, Angular, and React , handling millions of records with optimized queries and indexing.
  • Plan and execute upgrades for Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB to ensure security, stability, and performance.
  • Architect microservices-based solutions and break down monolithic systems into modular components.

    • Scalability & Performance

  • Optimize performance across databases (MongoDB), APIs (Node.js), and frontends (Angular / React).
  • Implement caching, load balancing, and both horizontal and vertical scaling strategies to ensure reliability.

    • DevOps & Cloud

  • Build and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Utilize AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3, EC2) and cloud solutions (including GCP) for scalable, serverless, and resilient infrastructure.

    • Problem-Solving

  • Debug complex issues across the stack and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Anticipate risks such as bottlenecks or downtime and implement preventive measures.

    • Mandatory Requirements

  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience in MEAN / MERN stacks .
  • MongoDB : Schema design, aggregation pipelines, sharding, replication.
  • Node.js : REST / GraphQL APIs, middleware, asynchronous processing.
  • Angular / React : State management, component lifecycle, performance tuning.
  • Proven expertise in Agile sprint management, resource tracking, and delivery under deadlines .
  • Hands-on experience upgrading Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB in production environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 8–10 members.
  • Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and scalability patterns .
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • DevOps : CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes.
  • AWS : Lambda, SQS, S3, EC2, CloudFormation.
  • Monitoring : New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana.

    • Key Skills : Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AngularJS, ReactJS
