Role Description :
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced skilled Platform Technical Lead with extensive full stack development experience to spearhead our platform development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define impactful projects, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance our products, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks like fraud.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Technical design, development, and delivery of software projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Mentor and guide team members, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
Preferred skills and qualifications :
Bachelors / Master's Degree in Technology10 - 15 years of proven experience in the Payments / Baking / Financial DomainStrong understanding of the payment industry's operational processes, technologies, and best practices.Experience of at least 2 to 3+ yrs mentoring and managing developers in an Agile environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Reactive Programming. Experience with Angular and Flutter.Database : Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.Deployment : Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, microservice.Programming Principles : Understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry is a strong plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.Knowledge of fraud detection, risk management, or customer analytics within the financial domain is an advantage.(ref : hirist.tech)
