Litigation Associate

Our client is looking to hire Associate for Patent Litigation in Gurgaon / Delhi.

Mandatory Qualification : B.Tech / B.E OR M.Tech / M.E. +LLB [preferably with IP background]

Patent Litigation Experience : 2-5 years.

Mandatory experience in practicing in court

Advisory and opinion work,Court work, Legal research, Drafting and Reviewing Agreements, Conducting trial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Skills required

Sound legal knowledge, Good and consistent Academic record, Good Communication skills, Strong Research and Analytical Skills, Basic legal drafting skills, Good with working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.),Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling
