Job descriptionHandle litigation relating to debt recovery, insolvency & bankruptcy, company Draft and vet legal pleadings including petitions, applications, replies, Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and legal opinions for ongoing Coordinate with clients, counsels, court clerks, and tribunal staff to ensure Support the team in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Sound understanding of the IBC, SARFAESI Act, RDDBFI Act, Companies Strong drafting and research skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for internal coordination and client interface. Time management and attention to detail. LL.B. from a recognized university. Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice in Courts of 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably with focus on financial Prior experience or interest in arbitration. Familiarity with enforcement of arbitral awards.
