We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate / Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
