The Meeting Agent captures conversations without recordings, updates CRMs instantly, and sends follow-ups in minutes. Other agents handle scheduling, data management, prospect research, and compliance.

The Role

We're looking for a marketing associate who will own our marketing execution from day one. This role involves :

• Creating and publishing content that resonates with wealth advisors (maintain and accelerate our posting frequency weekly)
• Developing newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that translate complex features into clear benefits
• Managing our complete social media presence and content calendar
• Collaborating with design resources and providing creative direction for visual assets
• Developing webinar scripts and email campaigns
• Ensuring consistent content delivery and meeting all publishing deadlines
