Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision :
Define and execute product strategies aligned with Shine's overall business objectives.Conduct competitive research and stay updated on market trends to identify new opportunities.Roadmap Prioritization :
Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer insights, business needs, and data analysis.Continuously refine priorities to maximize product and business impact.Data-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage data, analytics, and user research to uncover insights and guide product decisions.Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs to evaluate success.User-Centric Development :
Champion user needs through deep customer research and feedback gathering.Translate insights into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and launch product features.Ensure transparency and alignment through regular communication with stakeholders.Product Delivery & Optimization :
Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market execution.Monitor product adoption and performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback.Key Skills & Requirements :
2 to 3 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, tech platforms, or marketplaces.B.Tech and MBA from top-tier institutes (mandatory).Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.Passionate about user-first thinking, innovation, and delivering tangible business outcomes.(ref : iimjobs.com)
