Roles & Responsibilities :
- Acquire new residential and commercial customers for broadband and digital services.
- Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and localized promotional activities to generate quality leads.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Understand specific customer requirements and offer customized product and service solutions .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records , including lead status, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention through timely support and effective resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, installation) to ensure smooth service delivery .
Qualifications & Skills Required :
Education : Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferredExperience : 0–3 years of field sales experience (Telecom / ISP background preferred)Must-Have Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBasic understanding of internet and digital servicesWillingness to work on-field and travel within assigned territorySkills Required
