Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our company on the ground driving new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring customer success. You’ll work directly with local businesses, understand their sourcing needs, and offer them a smarter way to buy fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers (restaurants, kiranas, cloud kitchens, juice bars, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct field visits and product demos to drive adoption
- Collect customer feedback to improve service offerings
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activity regularly
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, agri, or supply chain preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with local business landscape and customer segmentsPassion for working in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environmentBasic tech-savviness (using CRM tools, mobile apps, etc.)Nice to Have
