Responsibilities
- Ideate and strategise compelling campaigns across multiple brands and
industries, from concept to execution with exceptional copywriting and visual
thinking at the core.
Carry out creative duties including campaign planning, scriptwriting, longand short-form copywriting, and storytelling for digital and social media.
Mentor junior copywriters, providing clear direction, constructive feedback,and creative mentorship.
Conduct regular brainstorming sessions, ensuring knowledge sharing andupskilling within the team.
Plan for awards strategy and work towards it.Coordinate closely with the Planning, and Client Servicing teams tounderstand client goals, shape content strategy, and ensure seamless
delivery.
Present campaign ideas and scripts to clients, driving strong creativealignment and excitement.
Provide visual and narrative direction to the design team, ensuring cohesivestorytelling across touchpoints.
Collaborate with the Design team and New Business team on ideation,creative showcases, and pitch presentations.
Upsell existing clients through impactful, insight-led campaign ideas andassist in acquiring new business.
Manage revisions efficiently, balancing creativity with practicality anddeadlines.
Guide, support, and inspire juniors stepping in when needed to lead byexample and deliver excellence.
Stay on top of cultural, digital, and industry trends to unlock new creativeopportunities.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in a creative digital agency with strong exposure tocampaign ideation, strategy, and copywriting.
Proven ability to write award-winning copy and lead creative work fromconcept to completion.
Exceptional creative instincts paired with strong strategic thinking.A wide vocabulary, and observational skills.Strong team management skills with the ability to build an engaged,inspired, and high-performing team.
Ability to juggle multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolvingenvironment.
Proficiency in diverse content formats (social media, websites, blogs,emailers, long-form content, and campaigns).
Deep understanding of the latest cultural and digital trends and how theyshape brand communication.
Excellent command over English (grammar, tone, and style) with a flair for witand linguistic creativity.
Ability to integrate AI tools into the creative process, using them for smarterideation, research, and content enhancement without losing the human
touch.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideasconfidently and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
