Responsibilities

To develop go to market concepts and ideas of a consistently high standard.

Ability to challenge and push the envelope in order to raise the agency's creative standards

Be an active participant in preparations of client pitches across all agency teams- CS ,Art, Designers, Digital etc.

Mentoring the juniors and making sure each of them works towards achieving agency's targets

To ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.

Candidate profile

More than 7 yrs experience with top 10 advertising agencies Solid work portfolio

Skills Required
