Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Set up the Influencer & Alliances practice by defining the approach, commercial structure, and outreach plan.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, bring in production-led projects, and support key initiatives in partnership with the Production Head.

A little bit about you :

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital alliances (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, trends, platforms, and content formats.
  • Proven ability to manage clients, creators, and campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
