Job descriptionBE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering MBA in Marketing With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCG industry, consultative / solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation) etc. Experience in driving west region sales is a must. Customer First : Operate with customer success mind set and align all our actions accordingly. Collaborative problem solving : Organisation interest supersedes individual interests; working together to solve problems effectively. Ownership & Commitment : Going above & beyond the call of duty while also keeping up with the promises & targets under any circumstances. Data Driven, First Principle : Objective Decision making based on data (Not on Hunches) Expanding-Growth Mind set : Be open to new challenges whilst willing to step out of comfort zone in order to learn and grow. Result & commercial orientation : Manage cost and resources to achieve business outcomes & commercial success. Speed and Scalable Process Approach : Deploy processes that are flexible, agile and unlocks business value with speed. Understanding of the Sales Process (from Suspect to Order) Negotiation Skills Understanding the art of difficult conversations
JOB TITLE : Sales Manager- West (Mobile Robotics)
I. Hiring specifications
Job Purpose : Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations :
- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis
- Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
- Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
- Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
- Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
- Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
- Reporting structure : Role will report into VP MR Sales
- Interactions : Internal Stakeholders : Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR
- External Stakeholders : Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.

Requisites : Background in mobile robotics solution sales within manufacturing, e-commerce, or 3PL sectors.
