We are seeking a skilled technical recruiter to help us build a world-class engineering team. You will work directly with our leadership to design our hiring engine and bring in top talent who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in asynchronous environments.
Responsibilities :
- Own the full hiring cycle from sourcing to closing
- Build systems that assess not just skills, but mindset and fit
- Create pipelines for engineers who solve real problems and write thoughtful code
About You :
Have 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience (startup or agency)Great at spotting red flags and hidden gemsLeverage AI and build systems to move faster and design a hiring process that filters for long-term contributorsUnderstand what clean code and self-driven engineering looks like (even if you're not a coder)Benefits :
