We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for Microsoft products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft products and services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product features and updates.
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in a technical support or IT role, preferably with Microsoft products.Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office suite applications.Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.Skills Required
