Qualification : MSW / Master of Labor Welfare

Job Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain a constructive relationship with a strong and active Labour Union.
• Handle collective bargaining, wage settlements, and other union negotiations effectively.
• Ensure timely resolution of grievances and proactively address potential IR issues.
• Liaison with labor authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants.
• Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.
• Handson experience in Statutory Compliance and stakeholder management
