Employee Relations and Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Take care of the entire gamut of HR activities
• Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners
• Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities
• Handle complete payroll management and statutory
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Implementation of training and development
• Assist the recruitment team in closing positions
• Conduct Performance Appraisals and Employee Surveys
• Handle employee separation / exit process
• And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirements.
