- We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team and take ownership of payroll operations across both the United States and Canada, initially.
- This role requires deep expertise in payroll regulations, compliance, and processing for both countries, along with the ability to work independently and manage complex payroll needs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Job Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations as well as Canadian federal and provincial payroll requirements.Administer payroll adjustments, deductions, benefits, and terminations in compliance with both US and Canadian laws.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolution.Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve processes.Prepare and review payroll reports for audits, compliance, and management review.Assist with year-end filings (W-2, 1099, T4, ROE, etc.) and ensure accuracy of all government submissions.Experience And Skills :
