Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting global payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least one end-to-end ECP implementation , irrespective of the country. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors , Employee Central , and Payroll configuration , as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for clients across any geography.
- Configure and customize Employee Central Payroll according to business requirements.
- Integrate Employee Central with Payroll Control Center , SAP HCM , and third-party systems as needed.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create functional specifications , configuration documents , and test plans .
- Perform data migration , UAT support , and post-go-live support .
- Collaborate with offshore / onshore technical teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements (country-specific).
- Provide production support and resolve issues related to ECP processes and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience :
8+ years of total experience with at least 4 + years in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll .Proven experience in at least one full-cycle ECP implementation (any country).Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central , Payroll Control Center , Time Management , and Integration Center .Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and / or SuccessFactors EC Time Off is a plus.Experience with interface design , middleware (Boomi, CPI), and third-party integrations preferred.Ability to analyze payroll results, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes effectively.Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central and / or Payroll) is highly desirable.Good to Have :
Experience with global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, NGA, CloudPay).Exposure to GDPR , data privacy regulations , or compliance requirements .Experience in multi-country implementations or regional payrolls .
