This role is for a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processes for multiple countries within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) . The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy , timeliness , and confidentiality while maintaining strict adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management : Take full ownership of payroll processes for multiple countries across the GCC . Ensure all payroll data is processed with exceptional accuracy , submitted in a timely manner , and handled with the utmost confidentiality .
- Compliance : Proactively ensure adherence to all local labor laws , tax regulations, and internal company policies within the GCC region to minimize risk and ensure legal compliance.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy .
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
