General Insurance Specialist (Urgent Search)

We are looking for a highly experienced General Insurance Specialist who is passionate about insurance advisory, client servicing, and efficient claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end sales and service for general insurance products

Specialize in Motor and SME Commercial Insurance segment

Coordinate and manage claims settlement — must be proactive and hands-on

Attend product trainings and continuously update on insurer offerings along with data entry in the software

Be ready to travel PAN India for client servicing, inspections, and renewals

Provide 24x7 client assistance during emergencies or claim situations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits

Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and underwriters to resolve claims

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in general insurance

Strong background in claim management and settlement

Must be well-versed with Motor, Fire, Marine, and Workmen Compensation products

Ability to independently handle complex claims and ensure timely closure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel extensively (Jalgaon, Pune, and other locations as needed)

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
