We are looking for a highly experienced General Insurance Specialist who is passionate about insurance advisory, client servicing, and efficient claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle end-to-end sales and service for general insurance products

✅ Specialize in Motor and SME Commercial Insurance segment

✅ Coordinate and manage claims settlement — must be proactive and hands-on

✅ Attend product trainings and continuously update on insurer offerings along with data entry in the software

✅ Be ready to travel PAN India for client servicing, inspections, and renewals

✅ Provide 24x7 client assistance during emergencies or claim situations

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits

✅ Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and underwriters to resolve claims

Requirements :

• ️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in general insurance
• ️ Strong background in claim management and settlement
• ️ Must be well-versed with Motor, Fire, Marine, and Workmen Compensation products
• ️ Ability to independently handle complex claims and ensure timely closure
• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ️ Willingness to travel extensively (Jalgaon, Pune, and other locations as needed)
• ️ Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
