Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Gurugram.
• The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs for people with disabilities.
• The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Additionally, the Center Manager will be responsible for maintaining the center's budget, handling administrative tasks, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for staff and Experience in managing daily operations and overseeing staff.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective coordination and communication with various stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with budget management.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Experience in the non-profit sector and working with people with disabilities is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in management, social work, or a related field.
