Roles & Responsibilities
Order Processing :
Ensure timely and complete order dispatch.
Calculate Commission and ensure accuracy.
Oversee Foreign exchange management, Custom duties and Import clearance processes
Manager Warehousing, transportation, Custom House Agent (CHA) activities.
Optimize dispatch costs for efficiency.
Coordination and Communication.
Communicate effectively with customers and principals regarding orders status
Follow up with local vendors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Coordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth order processing
Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely receipt.
Prepare and submit periodical reports related to order processing, dispatch status, and financial updates to the Management.
Experience / Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in EXIM or Logistics Operations
Minimum 10-12 years working in EXIM or Logistic operation
Key Competencies
Knowledge of handling logistics of Capital Equipment
Familiarity with customs procedures and import / export regulations
Functional knowledge of CRM
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
