Role Overview :
The SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module within SAP SuccessFactors. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with local and global regulations, and seamless integration with HR systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations , tax requirements, and statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support payroll operations and resolve issues.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation for payroll processes.
- Handle payroll data migration , integration, and reconciliation tasks.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on payroll functionalities.
- Monitor and maintain system updates , patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain payroll-related reports and analytics .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP , SAP HCM Payroll , or similar platforms.Deep understanding of payroll processes , including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and compliance.Familiarity with integration tools like SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.Knowledge of US, Canada, or India payroll regulations (based on region).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications :
