Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and talented Business Development Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior position suited for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The right candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business and fostering ongoing relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a business development role.
  • Exceptional market research skills to identify and analyze potential opportunities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities to maintain and grow client connections.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop long-term goals and strategies for increasing market presence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify and attract potential clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure deals and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our tech tool's benefits to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
