Policy Manager : Auto Loans

Job descriptionProposes amendments to policy for better implementation and functioning. Checking Rules Coding in System at appropriate intervals and ensure things are as per design. Review Scorecard and other Analytical tool outputs periodically from a policy perspective. Visit of Locations and interacting with the local teams, vendors etc. and understand and resolve the issues and provide better understanding of the policy. Suggest amendments in the existing process based on feedback from line team and market benchmarking. Ensuring compliance with RBI circular. Review Program level triggers and ensure compliance with all policy triggers. Monitor portfolio from all angles including static, lagged, and coincidental metrics and suggest policy amendments basis the overall scrutiny. Training and query resolution of the sales, credit and operations team. Good interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to manage large teams & external business and vendor partner relationships. Should be able to stich and take forward Co-lending and Other Digital Journey by mitigating the risk segments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should be experienced in conceptualizing, designing and roll out of Auto loan policies , managing the entire Auto Loan Product Life Cycle.
- Experience in similar industry (Hands Experience of Used Car, New Car, TW etc.)
- Experience in developing, reviewing, and making amendments in auto Loan product,
