• Be a partner in building and driving the People Success function - from defining values and competencies to being a strategic business partner with all areas.
• Manage performance across the organization, build learning programs, and career development frameworks.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Champion TurboHire's culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Build and execute HR policies and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to bring in top talent.
• Drive employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
