Lead Java Developer - Spring Frameworks

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in the design and development of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring MVC.
• Manage code repository using GIT, issue tracking through JIRA, and documentation with Confluence.
• Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments for continuous delivery and improvement.
• Integrate with databases like Oracle and MySQL and manage seamless data flow.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Utilize additional Spring modules such as Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch as Skills :
• Core Java, Hibernate
• Java Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Cloud)
• Microservices architecture and development
• Experience with version control tools : GIT
• Agile methodology experience
• Unit testing using Mockito
• Build tools : Maven
• Issue and project tracking : JIRA and documentation using Skills :
• Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch
• Experience with reactive programming
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns
