Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead - Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java 8, Spring ecosystem, and experience working in scalable, high-performance Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices
• Work with MongoDB for efficient NoSQL data management
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize applications using Docker
• Implement secure RESTful services with proper authentication and authorization
• Write and maintain shell scripts for automation tasks
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing
• Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
• Continuously improve performance and scalability of Skills & Experience :
• Strong programming skills in Java 8 with expertise in multithreading
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data (with NoSQL)
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with MongoDB
• Familiarity with Kafka for message-driven systems
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment
• Proficient in Shell scripting for automation
• Good understanding of authentication / authorization mechanisms
• Experience with unit testing and integration to Have :
• Familiarity with NIO / Netty is a plus
