Role Responsibilities
- Lead account strategy and cross-functional delivery for major South Asia telecom clients
- Manage invoicing, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration to meet client KPIs
- Drive customer engagement, relationship building, and governance across all levels
- Identify, develop, and monetize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts
