Trianz is seeking a Talent Mobility Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and strategic insights into our talent management processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and interpret data related to talent acquisition, employee performance, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions.
Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career development.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive organizational effectiveness.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management to keep the organization competitive.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on talent management performance and trends.
Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and reporting methodologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in talent management, human resources analytics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards for talent management processes.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management frameworks.
