Were now entering the scale-up phase from pilots to infrastructure, from training budgets to core enterprise systems and were hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to help lead this charge.
The Role :
Youll be at the frontline of AutoVRses growth driving revenue, building relationships with global enterprise clients, and helping shape our GTM playbook as we scale from a high-performance startup into a global category leader.
We do not see this merely as a "lead generation" role. You will own of revenue outcomes closing six-figure SaaS and enterprise deals, expanding accounts, and pave the way for our growth in the US market.
You will :
Own the full sales cycle for key enterprise accounts from qualification to closure and renewal.Build multi-stakeholder relationships with CXOs, L&D, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams.Craft and deliver strategic pitches that translate AutoVRses technology into measurable business ROI.Expand existing accounts using our L1 L4 scale-up model (pilot localization multi-team rollout infrastructure standardization).Develop and execute market-entry strategies for priority verticals like pharma, heavy industry, and defense.Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to shape GTM messaging and enablement content.Travel as needed for client meetings, expos, and demonstrations.What Were Looking For :
Were hiring a future leader who can build and scale a sales 510 years of proven Enterprise SaaS / B2B Tech sales experience
Demonstrated success in closing $500K+ deals in global markets (North America, Europe, GCC preferred)Strong grasp of solution and consultative selling understanding complex customer pain-points and converting them into technical proposalsExcellent communication and storytelling skills in writing, presentations, and conversationsDeep familiarity with CRM, pipeline management, and modern sales tooling (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Experience in AI / Spatial Computing / AR-VR / Enterprise Training domainsExperience with enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal contracting (MSA / SOW cycles)Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or deep-tech startupWhy Join AutoVRse Now :
