Job description

in the Marketing of industrial products sales is preferred.

Roles & Leadership & Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business in the Western & Northern regions.

  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets.

Business Development & Conversion Targets :

  • Drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support.

    • Technical Support :

  • Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer Communication & Relationship Building :
  • Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence.
  • Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region.

    • Sales Reporting & MIS :

  • Maintain and update various Sales Reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management.
