Job Role : Pre- Sales (Virtual Design Consultant)
Location : Bangalore
Working Days : 6 Days
As a Virtual Design Consultant, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective
customers, identifying their needs and aligning them with Hillary’s range of products
and services. You’ll support the sales team by qualifying leads, providing product
knowledge, and ensuring a smooth transition from interest to purchase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, or online channels to understand customer requirements.
- Qualify leads based on interest level, property type, and product suitability.
- Provide detailed information on Hillary’s curtain, blind, and shutter offerings.
- Coordinate appointments for in-home consultations with design consultants.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaign leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Offer preliminary quotes or estimates where appropriate.
- Support customer queries regarding fabric options, functionality, installation, and warranty.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest products, seasonal offers, and trends in interior décor.
Key Skills & Experience :
Previous experience in a presales, telesales, or customer service role (ideally within retail, home improvement, or interiors).Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident speaking with customers.Good understanding of curtains, blinds, or interior décor is a plus.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable using CRM tools.Driven, self-motivated, and results focused.
