Hiring Pre-Sales Engineer – Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) and looking for immediate joiners only .
- 8+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer specializing in IoT, Smart City solutions, Industrial Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, and IT infrastructure.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Analyze client requirements from RFQ / RFP documents and ensure clarity of scope.Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and technical teams to define the solution, deliverables, and costs.Create detailed technical and commercial proposals using predefined templates.Work with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure accuracy in technical designs and cost estimations.Prepare project implementation timelines and identify dependencies and risks.Route proposals through the required approval workflows (Technical Director, Sales Director, CEO).Ensure compliance with internal tendering / proposal / estimation guidelinesEnsure compliance with client-specific requirements and RFQ / RFP instructions or bidding requirements.Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals in the designated company's system and track proposal status in the sales pipeline.Archive finalized proposals and maintain proposal templates for future use.Monitor key metrics like proposal turnaround time and on-timesubmission rate.Communicate proposal status, challenges, and deadlines effectively.Liaise with procurement, finance, and legal teams to address contractual and pricing considerations.Process orders and hand them over to project managers for execution.Technical Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, ThingWorx). Smart City Solutions (Traffic Management, Smart Lighting, Surveillance Systems), Industrial Automation & Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision), Data Management & Integration (ETL, Data Lakes, Big Data Platforms), Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, Google), IT Infrastructure (Networking, Servers, Virtualization)Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering and technical discovery, with a strong track record in developing compelling proposals and responding to RFPs / RFIs. Skilled in engaging stakeholders across technical and business domains, conducting ROI analysis, and crafting strategic business cases to support solution adoptionPrior Experience working with Saudi Arabian clients or markets is a plusProficiency in tools such as MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and project management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.Critical thinking and attention to detail.Time Management skills.Flexibility to align with Saudi Arabiabusiness hours .
