Job descriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the dermatology segment. Define target audiences and create segmentation strategies to reach specific customer groups. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory standards. Assist in the creation of product packaging, labeling, and promotional materials. Manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, ensuring ongoing product optimization. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.). Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content. Organize and participate in dermatology conferences, trade shows, and other industry events. Oversee the company’s online presence, including websites, social media, and email marketing. Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Track and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and resources. Develop sales tools such as presentations, product guides, and training materials. Assist in lead generation and nurturing efforts to support sales goals. Engage with dermatologists, skincare professionals, and other key stakeholders to build strong relationships. Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers. Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and services. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget. Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting dermatology products. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends. Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
