Role : B2B Growth Lead

Role Overview :
The B2B Growth Lead will lead ekincare’s marketing strategy and execution across B2B marketing, events, Demand generation, conferences, social media, content, and PR. The role will be instrumental in driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and enabling the sales and customer success teams to achieve revenue targets.
This role also requires frugal marketing expertise, maximizing outcomes with efficient use of budgets, leveraging creativity, partnerships, and data-driven strategies to deliver high-impact results at low cost.
Success Metrics :
- Deliver 5% QoQ qualified lead growth
- Generate 4X pipeline vs. marketing spend
- Drive brand presence through 20+ events / year
- Increase digital engagement (website & social) by 40%
- Demonstrate cost-efficient ROI through frugal marketing practices
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy : Plan and execute B2B marketing aligned with revenue goals, leveraging frugal marketing for maximum impact.Demand Generation : Design and run digital / offline campaigns to fuel pipeline growth.Brand & Communication : Drive brand positioning, content, social media, and PR for visibility and thought leadership.Events & Partnerships : Lead conferences and partnerships to enhance engagement and conversions.Analytics & ROI : Track KPIs, optimize spend, and deliver actionable performance insights.Key Requirements :
Experience : 3–6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise solutions.Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.Frugal Marketing Mindset : Proven frugal marketing mindset, achieving high impact with limited budgets, leveraging creativity, data, and partnerships to achieve outsized results.Leadership Skills : Ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams and collaborate effectively with sales and product teams.Expertise : Strong background in Demand generation, content marketing, Affiliate marketing, events, and PR.Communication Skills : Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and campaign performance optimization.Why Join ekincare
