Position - Marketing Representative

Pharma industry experience is needed.

Location - Indore / Bhopal / Hyderabad / Gaziyabad / Aasam

Responsibilities -

1. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activities.

2. Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the dermatology segment.
  • Define target audiences and create segmentation strategies to reach specific customer groups.
  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
  • 3. Product Management

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the creation of product packaging, labeling, and promotional materials.
  • Manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, ensuring ongoing product optimization.
  • 4. Promotional Activities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Organize and participate in dermatology conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • 5. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • 6. Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and resources.
  • Develop sales tools such as presentations, product guides, and training materials.
  • Assist in lead generation and nurturing efforts to support sales goals.
  • 7. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Engage with dermatologists, skincare professionals, and other key stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • 8. Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget.
  • 9. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting dermatology products.
  • 10. Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
