Customs clearance and documentation.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
• Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and sales, to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Have good knowledge of local logistics / shipments and able to manage courier companies.
• Support team for reverse logistics locally and internationally.
